The lecturer got students familiarized with the features of the most relevant services of remote customer service of the bank. Demonstrated the onboarding process as an introductory procedure for attracting customers to digital services. Revealed the essence of new customer opportunities thanks to the use of innovative technologies. Explained the economic basis of bank loyalty programs in the field of remote service. He paid attention to the problematic aspects of each service, emphasizing areas for improvement and the bank's concern for the security of customer service. Determined the need to increase the level of financial literacy of consumers of financial services. Outlined the influence of the processes of digitization of banking services on the bank's personnel policy, on new requirements for personnel.

Such meetings provide an opportunity to get acquainted with advanced technologies of banking services and form important practical skills for students of higher education. Also, listeners have the opportunity to receive guidelines for personnel requests from stakeholders.
