Workshop "Economic Capital of a Bank"
General Information
A workshop on the topic "Economic Capital of a Bank", where students learned about the peculiarities of assessing the adequacy of internal capital of banks (ICAAP) in modern conditions of implementation into domestic banking legislation of EU legislation and recommendations of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, was held on March 8, 2024 in online mode by Andrii Lileev, the chief expert of strategy management and risk management organization of JSC CB "Privat Bank", for students of the 1st year of the "master's" educational degree of the "Banking Business Management" and "Financial Intermediation" educational programs. The meeting took place in the format of a lively dialogue. During the master class, students were interested in the specifics of the procedure and calculation of the bank's ICAAP indicators.
