Open Lecture "Protection of the Сonsumers Rights of Financial Services"
General Information
On March 13, 2024, an open lecture by Olga Lobaichuk, head of the Office for the Protection of Consumers Rights of Financial Services of the National Bank of Ukraine, was held online at the Department of Banking for teachers and students of higher education at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the State University of Trade and Economics. The event is devoted to topical issues of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services in Ukraine, first of all, the main violations by financial institutions and methods of their bias, features of citizens' appeals. The listeners received interesting and informative information, asked the speaker many questions related to the organization of the regulator's work regarding appeals in modern conditions.
