On March 22, 2024, the second stage (final) of the "Black Sea Science" International Student Research Competition took place. Students of the 4th year of the educational program "Management of tourism and hotel and restaurant business" - Anastasia Parytska and Veronika Sutyk, under the scientific supervision of the teachers of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business: Nataliia Zikiy, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor and Tetiana Tkachuk, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, presented work in the direction of "Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Business". The topic of the report is "Management of anti-crisis measures of subjects of the restaurant business." The scientific work aroused considerable interest, which contributed to a lively discussion and discussion of issues among the participants of the event.
According to the results of the preliminary evaluation of scientific works, presentations and reports of the participants, the competition jury made a decision to award the above-mentioned higher education winners the 3rd prize!
